On Jul 9, a group of business experts from Japanese Sumitomo Heavy Industries and Mitsubish came to CIE for technical exchange in terms of “activated carbon process” waste gas desulphurization technology, and they had a preliminary discussion on business affairs. Directors of related departments of CIE and specialty technical personnel participated in the meeting.

Before this, CIE had signed a frame agreement on “activated carbon process” sintering waste gas desulphurization technology and had made technical clarification on the technology.
