On Jul 10, the integrated sintering control expert system (L2) developed independently by CIE was successfully applied in No. 7 sinter machine of Xinyu Iron and Steel Co. Ltd.  The integrated sintering control expert system for No.7 sinter machine of Xinsteel was developed by excavating user requirements in combination with the new production condition of No. 7 sinter machine and on the basis of expert system of No. 6 sinter machine which was applied at the beginning of the year. 

So far, the integrated sintering control expert system developed independently by CIE has been successfully applied in such three sinter machines as Shaosteel No. 6, Xinsteel No. 6 and Xinsteel No. 7 sinter machines. It is being arranged to apply the expert system in No. 4  400㎡sinter machine of Meishan I & S Co. Ltd. of Baosteel and Pansteel new 360㎡new sinter machine.

At present, the transformation from scientific achievements to productive forces for the integrated sintering control expert system has been realized successfully, and an industrialization rudiment has been formed.
