The sintering engineering technology is the major core technology of CIE who has absorbed in sintering field for half a century through continuous absorption, improvement and self-innovation. CIE has got hold of the latest and the most advanced sintering technologies and processes in China with over 300 patents and core technologies. It can make sintering EPC service available, that is, providing customers with leading technologies, advanced equipment, high automation level and low energy consumption. 
 
CIE, the only engineering company with engineering design achievements of sintering projects with different scale from 24㎡ to 660㎡, ranks the first in the world based on the total number of sintering machine projects designed and constructed by CIE. (I)Technologies of sintering machine 
◎The minimum air leakage rate of sintering machine feed end and discharge end sealing technologies can be up to 16.5%.
◎The sintering machine drive technology improves its reliability of drive device and increases its production availability.
◎The nine-roller feeder is developed for sintering machine feeding to improve sinter product yield and quality.
