On Dec 28,  Xiao Jinhe iron mine in Xunyang of Shanxi province started construction formally, the mine was invested by CIE,Chongqing Iron & Steel Company, Ltd and Shanxi Huijin company. Xiao Jinhe iron mine is 40km long from west to east and 40km wide from north to south, its proven magnetite reserves of last year was over 100 million t, which has a very high development potential. The project was implemented in three stages.
